Panel members must ensure that all information (both written and verbal) in relation to the First Nations’ cultural consultation of applications under the Screen NSW remains confidential, except that which is in the public domain. This includes the content of applications and any supporting information provided by Screen NSW or third parties and the discussions and outcomes of the assessment process, including funding recommendations.
